Search using name of city fails but using zip code works..how to solve this

Hi,

I have a problem when I search business listings by city name. When I search by zipcode I get back the listings with no issues. If I search by business name that works too.

However, a search with city name does not work consistently.

For example if I search by city name Belleville I get the error message : Sorry, no listings were found for "" near "Belleville".

If I do a search using zipcode 41111 - I get all the business listings.

But if I do a search with city name Romulus ( a city next to Belleville) then I get listings back. The odd thing is that I get listings with Belleville back with Romulus and Belleville listing appears before Romulus listing.

So, is there some setting which I need to set to make it work consistently.
