As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

adsense will not show anywhere in the footer
hellow after updating to eclassify 1.1 and classipress 3.3.1, my adsense banner will not show at the footer banner, it will not even show at the footer widgets, even if i place the code below the view more ads it will not show, anywhere on the footer the adsense will not show, a normal image banner however shows, the adsense will display on the header ad spot, the problem is only footer ad spot and the footer widget and anywhere at the footer, whats the problem?
