Consistently superior support!
I just want to take a moment and thank spartac and his team of pros for support for the eclassify theme. Really they have been most helpful every time I have had an issue (or thought I had an issue). I have learned to not bother them for most of my questions because if I stay at it long enough, the answer is ususally one I can learn on my own.
When there is something I need help with, spartac responds right away and helps me figure it out. They have never made me feel dumb. Rather, they are like teachers helping me understand how to do my job better.
And spartac answered all of my presales questions fast and accurately before I was even a customer.
I rate their support a 10!!
