    My Dashboard problems

    When clicking 'My Dashboard' users are asked to log in again and then get "Access Denied. Your site administrator has blocked your access to the WordPress back-office."


    This also happens from the /login link they get on their registration email.

    Have searched and read other posts around this topic - have deactivated most of my plug-ins and permalinks are set to 'post name'

    Hovering over the 'My Dashboard' button shows the my domain/dashboard link but on clicking it redirects to something else!

    Directly inputting mydomain/dashboard does bring up their dashboard.

    Any thoughts?
