Accepting Credit Cards
Under Payment Settings, I have four tabs: "General", "Authrize.net", "Bank Transfer", "PayPal".
My goal is for customers to be able to pay us either by credit card, bank transfer, or via PayPal. Here are my questions and please respond to each and with as much detail as possible (I've read so many responses that are vague at best):
*Can my PayPal account be used for both credit card transactions and also PayPal transactions?
*Under the "Bank Transfer" tab I have one large box where I am to enter the "transfer Information". What exactly is the "transfer information"? Is it both my account and routing numbers? if so should these be separated by commas?
*I set up an account with Authorize.net but it comes at a high cost. I did this assuming that PayPal cannot handle the credit card transactions, by the way, so if PayPal can....then I will cancel this option. If PayPal cannot, then I need to know where to get the API login, Transactions key, MD5 Secret Value, etc....I have already been approved by Authorize.net but I've not received this info from them.
