Adding pictures to the ad

I noticed that when my users try to upload pictures of their ad not all pictures are shown in the folder after clicking on the "ad files button". That is in the pop up folder window it display custom files and not all files. I noticed when you change it to all files all the pictures are shown but when you try to add it it shows error. Also, I would like to increase the max number of pictures to upload from 10 to 30.
