I am having issues with a child theme provider here not providing good support
They gave great support when I first bought their theme now, several versions and new problems later, they are hard to get an answer/fix from and when they do answer, the answer is generally curt and not helpful. I have contacted appthemes about a week ago via support email with no response from appthemes. Can someone tell me how I can get the child theme provider to deliver the support they promise? Waiting for some kind of meaningful/helpful response from the child theme provider is getting to be a bad joke that I just don't have time for.
