Can't add custom fields or forms

Hi. I just purchased and installed Classipress. Whatever version I have did not come with categories already created. However, adding new ones were easy.

My problem is, when I try to to do the same for custom fields ("add new") and put in required info and hit save, it does not create a new custom field. The same for forms. When I "add new" and input info and save, nothing is there.

Please help. Thank you.
