ClassiPress 3.3 - Parent / Child Categories
I know how to add a new Parent Category and then add other child or subcategories that show up indented in dropdown box on home page. I did it for one site I am building. It looks perfect.
Now for another site, the Parent / Child Categories do no show any indentation. When you look at the Categories on the home page they are all straight down. No indentation even though I see displayed correctly on the ADD New Categories page.
Can't figure it out.

But it looks like this when I open the All Categories dropdown box on home page.

Any ideas what I did wrong. I cleared cache, etc.
