Create a Plan or Membership to list in certain categories

Hi.

I would like to set up a (plan, package or membership....or what ever way I can .....or use a plugin)..
...where a customer can list in certain category.
a) List in 3 category b) list in 5 category .....etc

I would like to do the following:

1) Let say I have 6 categories: red, white, blue, city1, city2, city3.

2) Let say I have a membership call: Membership1

I would like to create a membership where I can assign 3 category: red, white, city1,

And a customer who buys: Membership1 - can list in any 3 category (any 3 assigned for that membership).
