    customer can't relist an ad

    A customer comes to our site, posts an ad, and then I approve it.
    The ad expires, the customer logs into the site and clicks on the "re-list" button. The relisted ad sits in pending again until I approve it.

    How do I have ads that have already been approved once - automatically get approved again? I still want to approve new ads, but not the re-listing ones.
    Any help would be great, thanks.
