Domain name only shows on homepage

Im having some trouble with the hosting/domain thing.

My website hosting is from blue host and I bought the domain name through wordpress.com (I realised too late that to fully customise sites you needed wordpress.org).

I followed wordpress instructions about changing my DNS info and after 24hours it worked, or so I thought.

My websites address is: http://69.89.31.99/~becasmex/
My domain address is: http://www.becas-mexico.org

If I use my domain, it redirects to the website address and keeps the domain address in the search bar.

The problem is that once I click any link, the page reverts to my normal website address.

How can I keep this from happening?
