Email notificaiton not working mail server settings

find the picture i want know should i change these setting as my classipress is not delivering any email notification to admin/users suddenly stop working as it was working before fine don't know what happened,
i created hotmail account should i put here if requried or not if required incoming port details or smpt i should setup advice if its related to email notification
