    error load.php on line 17

    Hello installing ClassiPress.
    I get the following error
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxxxxx.it\httpdocs\wp-content\themes\classipress\framework\scb\load.php on line 17
    I do not know how to solve.
    Windows server 2003
    Php 4.4.7
    Wordpress 3.1.4
