Fancy sites made fancier
I'm a newbie and don't have the time to learn every nuance of wordpress and themes. That said, I had my site set up as I wanted and made a fatal wordpress mistake (ambiguity of wordpress documentation wording). Now I will start over from scratch which brings me to this question:
I've seen some pretty fancy wordpress sites. Is it to be expected that a classipress theme install can continually be upgraded, modified, advanced, enhanced, refined, etc., etc., as the author's skills improve? Or, is it typically required the site be designed for a finished product prior to "going live"?
