Changes made but not updatet

Hi all,

how comes that I make changes in ads (still working in maintenance mode and testing), but even when I get noticed that my changes are done and published, they are not appearing as changed. I still get the same content as I had before.

How can I get fixed this problem? The site ist almost ready to go online and I can´t as long as this isn´t working properly.
