Few queries - just a beginner

- I need the users to login using email and password (not username). How can this be done ?
- On category pages I want to show subcategories. At present they show in the sidebar.
- in the ad submission form how can I populate state dropdown with my selected country's states. At the moment it shows US states and I need New Zealand data.
Also .. when an ad is posted is there an option for the admin to approve them through front end ?
- - There is nothing in the form layouts section. From where can I edit the default ad submission form ? Or do I need to create my own form ?
- I do not want my client to meddle with the settings of classipress, so how can I hide the classipress settings from other admins? At the same time I want to give my client the powers to approve/edit/delete the ads and create membership packs.
- How can I edit the content of the emails sent to the admin ... Pls see the email below
