A Few Questions For A New User.

I have been using another form of classified themes and I had lots of issues. So I searched to days end to come up with classipress. I just would like to ask a few questions please to anyone that may answer.

1. I would like to have this classified website used in several cities and used in separate sub-domains. In the category drop down, it allows for adding categories to the main menu. I would like to do the same for Cities and have the link go to that sub domain when clicked. So - They click the province, then choose the city. They would go to a url city.mywebsite.com. Is there an easy or simple way to do this please?

2. On the top right, there is a RSS image. When clicked, it says "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." any idea on how to set this up or just remove the rss image altogether?

I would really appreciate anyone's help with these questions. Basically, I am using a multi-site wordpress platform and would like to have a website similar to craigslist or kijiji ( Canada ) I would like people to be able to go to their own city and post their listing in that city. I would like to have it all together and the ability to change their city with a click.
