    Forms and Fields not working

    Hi, I've done a new install, and found that there are no standard fields installed, I also can't create fields or forms due to this.

    It normally has preloaded - address fields e.t.c

    I've tried the following

    Reinstalling theme
    Activating/deactivating

    I can't get the install script to work, any help would be appreciated
