How To Correctly Set Up Category Hierarchy ???

Dear Appthemes Enthusiasts,

We have recently purchased Classipress & a child theme. Our aim is to create a directory for consultants.

Website visitors will be able to look for consultants available for online consultation or for office consultation, in the following order:

1) Online Consultation:
Online Consultation -> Specialization -> Country -> State

2) Office Consultation:
Office Consultation -> Specialization -> Country -> State -> City

I have attached a screenshot for visualization.

I would like to find out what is the best way to set up the category hierarchy ???

Currently, I have the following in mind:

LEVEL 1 (Office + Online) => LEVEL 2 (Specialization) => LEVEL 3 (Country) => LEVEL 4 (State) => LEVEL 5 (City)

With the following set up every specialization will have the half the planet beneath it !

Is there a smarter way around this ???
