Sub category Headings Not indenting correctly in menu dropdown.

Hi,

While testing cp 3.3 and the importation of the app-themes pre-made category text file using bulkpress, it is noticeable that once all the categories have been uploaded and the settings menu checked to allow all categories and sub categories to display in the 'menu' category drop-down, some of the sub-category Headings are not indenting correctly.

There are a few more that I didn't capture but you can quite clearly see the Architectural and the Fiction Headings out of place.

Can someone take a look please?
