How to make Ad Packs optional on all new listing?

Hello,

I have 3 Ad Packs, 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days. How can I make them optional when someone is adding a new Ad and replace the single Feature Ad option that is there?

I added it but it was forcing the users to chose one of the Ad Packs. I want it to be optional where someone can chose to Feature the ad for a specific time if they wish.
