How do I manually add image to an contrebutor Ad

Hi all,

I have one problem, ones the contributor have't uploaded the image, and I wish to upload image instead of him, I see just only one facility what dos not work for me is scroll to ad images/new image/ add image button, but add image button do not work ?

what is the alternative method of uploading the image or how to fix the add image button
