How to set up price negotiable

Hi,

I have created a custom field named Price Negotiable. I then created a form called price negotiable and added it to the default form since I wanted it to be a part of the form. I added all categories to the form. Now when Iam trying to create a new form, it says you don't have any category left. Iam very confused about this part of the theme. When I remove the form, the price negotiable checkbox disappear from the form. What do I do. I have gone through the tutorials but still unclear. Pls Help.
