Issues following Update to 3.3

Hi,
I've updated from ClassiPress Product Version: 3.0.4
License Type: Personal Edition. to 3.3

I'm having issues with Categories. In Admin - Ads - Categories, its tells me I have 109 categories but only 13 Head Cateroies are shown. i.e. nothing shown on page 2 -> 6 of Ad Categories.

Also, on my site front end, when I click on Main Category, its only displays ads in Head category and doesn't include sub cat ads. See below links.
