    Language change not working

    I still can't use my Classipress because I can not change my theme language only the dashboard language is in dutch. I hope someone can help me so that I am able to use thhe theme instead of only look at it. I tried every tutorial and step that's availible on the web and on this forum. I hope someone has a solution.
