Language pack is not working

Hi there, I am using classipress 3.1.7. I tried to make the language pack run, but It wont do.

I have changed the config.php, previously I read that people placed the *.mo file in the languages folder, but I don't have languages folder somehow.
I tried to create one and place the file there, but still nothing.

I tried with both versions hu_HU.mo / classipress-hu_HU.mo) but it still stays english. What am I doing wrong?
I copied the file in the themes folder then into classipress as well...not working. (
