    Limit number of mails per hour

    Hi,

    I am looking for a solution to limit the number of mails a user can send per hour.

    Background:
    On my side people needs to register to get in contact.
    Some bad guys now register to the side and contact alle persons. They try a deception by check.

    To prevent this, I am looking for a solution to limit the number of mails a user can send per hour....

    Can anyone help?
