Thread: Making description field optional

Making description field optional

Hi,

I would like to make the description field in my forms optional (my website sells books, therefore no description is needed).
An other acceptable solution would be to autofill the field with a line of dots (so as to avoid forcing the client to enter a random string instead).

There have been other posts on this topic, but it seems they are either outdated or unanswered
