    Manual upgrade from classipress 3.1.9

    I have been using classipress v 3.1.9 on wordpress 3.3.2 for several years. I think it is time to upgrade
    I tried the updater plugin, but it doesn't find updates, i guess my system is too old...
    So my question is, do you have a step-by-step guide on how to update classipress manually?
