Memberships and payment by category

Hello

I'm not sure I'm setting a new system up correctly.

What I want is a system where everyone posting an ad or replying to an ad has to register, but doesn't have to pay to do this.

I have several categories of ads in three price levels, £29.50. £9.50 and free.

I want featured ads enabled in all categories, priced at £50.00.

So I've set up as follows, in Pricing Configuration

Charge for Listing Ads: Yes

Pricing Options

Price Model: Price per category

Membership options

Enable Membership Pack: No (but should it be yes? but if it is, how do I set them up, they only seem to apply to price per ads?)

Are membership packs required to place ads Yes

Any advice greatly accepted.
