Missing notification email for pending listing
Hallo,
we offer bank transfer and Paypal als gateways. Unfortunately, the user does not get any notification email for a pending listing. If he choose bank transfer, the listing has to be activated by an admin. The bank transfer information is shown only once during the checkout. This is very bad in terms of UX. While we could put this information in the email that the user gets after registration, this is not really a solution. The user might delete this email, and adds the listing later. Seems to me like a huge conversion killer. Bank transfer is widely used here in Germany. This is a major issue for us.
