    Pending listing monthly notification & email

    Hi, hope you can help with this one, I haven't found anything from searching.

    All of my paid listings are on a monthly recurring plan, both the customer and me are getting 'pending listing' emails every month, I would like to stop this happening as we are operating on a small monthly fee, 'set it and forget it' business model.
