    New Ad Posting Email Notification

    Can some clarify if e-mails are automatically sent to members every time they post a new ad when the "moderating" option is not activated (ie. ads go live automatically). I thought that I received and e-mail before but now I am not sure. When I activate the "moderate" option I receive an e-mail but not when I have it deactivated. I have clicked the "receive e-mail for new ad submissions". What is going on?
