    New Form Layout and Custom Fields not working

    Hoping someone can help..

    I am trying to create a New Form Layout with some custom fields and no forms or fields are visible and when I try add the new one, I get page with no forms on it.

    I have uninstalled both the Classipress theme and also the Child Theme and all plugins.. turned everything back on and still won't work.

    Help please...
