    Unable To Add Custom Fields To Form Layout

    Hi, I am able to create a new form layout, but I don't see the option anywhere to actually add the custom fields to the New Layout. I'm using 3.05.2. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Was this a bug that has been fixed?
