    Multiple Categories Per Listing + Charging Per Category

    I have one category, a city, and I'd like people to pay per city listed. So when they add a listing, they can pick the categories they want to be listed in and pay accordingly.

    County
    - City 1 $10 √
    - City 2 $10
    - City 3 $10 √

    Please respond quickly.
