package required problem

Hi, i want to have membership package required for everyone. When i change the setting for it, i have this problem: i click for publishing an ad, i go to the page where i have to choose the package. I choose the package (one of it is free). And confirm it. Every thing work find until now.

But after that, if i want to publish an ad, i click on it (on the home page) but it always brings me back to the page where a have to choose a package!! Im now unable to publish an ad!

please help me
