    Permalink Setting

    Hi

    How can I setup Permalink and make it looks like /IDnumber.html or unique number instead of the post name, coz I'm using a different language which is not working in some browsing,

    I tried all Permalink methods such as: http://domain.com/?p=123 in wordpress setting but sill shows the itle of listing and post .... all what I need is a ID number instead of words ad a link , also I need to be ok for SEO
