    please can i revert back to 3.0.5.4 after upgrading to 3.1

    please i would like to revert back to the 3.0.5.4 from the 3.1 upgrade because the 3.1 upgrade seem not to be allowing most of my users including me to post any ads. I can only post ads from the back end.
