Posting an Ad, the Go button appears too early

When posting an add the "Go"-button appears after selecting the first category (in step1). In my case the "Go"-button should appear after selecting also the subcategory. If the "Go"-button is hit after only selecting the main category, the user will end up to some kind of "default" form, which is not good at all...

Is there a way to have the "Go"-button only after both categories are selected?

Please help somebody, release date is on friday!!
