    problem in address site language

    hello
    when i try to add Ad for my site the address must be in English like(http://www.example.com/index.php/ads/bmw-for-sale/) but when i try to change the language for the same Ad like (http://www.example.com/index.php/ads/بي-ام/) or change category language to arabic language the site cant find the page?????? how can i solve this problem ???
