    Requiring admin to publish featured ads

    My website, www.hotsauceclassifieds.com , is requiring me as an admin to publish featured ads, and I'm not getting paid for them. I tried to run a test paid ad and it never brought me to a payment section for paypal. It gave me a message saying I can edit my ad in my dashboard.

    I have people willing to list ads...can someone help right away?
