sync users from different classipress themes

Hi,
I bought your Classipress template which I installed in a sub-folder (which means I have 2 templates currently running). I also want to buy another template or two from you guys, but I have a problem which I need your assistance with: because I will have a total of 3 templates, this means that my users will have to register/sign in 3 separate times to use our various features which are each in a different template...seeing how the design of each template looks more or less the same, users think that they are in the same website (which they are...just different templates) and therefore won't understand why their password isn't working even though they signed up...
My question is: How do I make it so the users only need to register/sign in once for all 3 templates on my website and that the templates act in sync?? is their a plugin that helps with this?
I don't want to use the multi site wordpress feature as I have told this isn't the case for it seeing how all the templates are in one website.
