Tooltips not working

Hello,

I can add a tooltip to a custom field, and it displays a question mark in the form next to the field title, but it doesn't do anything.

If you hover over the question mark it displays a link at the bottom of my browser as if it's going to do something, but no tooltip pops up. Also, if you click the tooltip it just reloads the form page.

I'm using Classipress 3, and a heavily customised child theme (all template and styles). I can link you to the website if you need to look but let me know as I'll need to create a temporary admin account with back end access.

I've also checked the console and I'm getting no JS errors or conflicts which is why I am stumped!
