Unable to add a new post
In one of the other posts, "pepsi" says
Sounds like your pages may not have created properly (or the correct templates are not applied to each one).
During setup, the following pages should have been automatically created:
Add New (Add new listing template)
Add New Confirm (Add new listing confirm template)
Edit Item (User edit item template)
Dashboard (User dashboard template)
Profile (User profile template)
I'm not sure if you're having other issues, but if so you may want to look at starting again using the install instructions

I have read the instructions to my best effort. I have a fresh installation of both wordpress 2.9.2 and classipress 3.0.1. on my localhost.
When i click on "post an ad" the link it takes me to "http://localhost/wordpress/add-new/" which gives a 404 error.
Seems like the automatic pages mentioned above were not created. I have set the chmod to 777 so that shouldn't be an issue as well. Is there a way to create these files manually after installation. BTW i have tried the complete installation of both
WP and CP, but didnt work either. Any ideas?
