Upgraded Classipress - now site isn't working

I'm sure I missed some step I should have done before/during upgrade, but have no clue where to look to resolve.

Problem started when Bluehost did a PHP upgrade. After that, my site was not visible - you would just get a blank page, no error message. They instructed me to check my plugins - turning them all off did not make any difference. Upgraded WP, no difference. Then upgraded Classipress. Now, I get the site to come up, but it is not displaying any of my ads. I can still see them all on the back end, but can't seem to get to them on the site itself. Also, most of my widget content is also not appearing.

I followed the directions to make sure WP>Settings>Reading was set to Static Page, however the option for the "Ad Listings" page does not appear. I don't remember if that is a real page I should be able to see or not, but I don't see it in my "Pages" either.

Is my problem finding the elusive "Ad Listings" page, or do I have a bigger problem?
