    This usually means your install script did not run correctly.

    Trying to create new forms.
    First I am trying to create the custom fields for new form.

    When I try to save and submit new field receiving following message.

    "No custom fields found. This usually means your install script did not run correctly. Go back and try reactivating the theme again."

    Please advise. Thanks.
