What am I Paying for?
I renewed my appthemes subscription after two years, naturally hoping to see some new features, bug fixes, and get some support on issues.
I'm struggling to see new features, main problems such as email issues have not been fixed despite this claim, and I have not received any support despite asking.
So I've paid for a 12 month subscription (which is obviously time limited), where I'm just waiting and hoping for the next theme release to be usable, and I have access to a forum where I spend most my time helping people and NOT receiving support. This is not right.
Can someone provide details of the main new features in the last two years/four new theme releases since 3.3.1? I've looked through the docs and I'm struggling.
A list of the people who are meant to be providing support would also be great. Samcy is the only person I've noticed.
