    The image is automatically rotated

    Hello.

    I have a big problem on my website.
    When someone uploads images to an ad. The image is automatically rotated. The pictures rotates horizontally ... It's completely random.
    I have tried to rotate the images before uploading them, but it's not working. It does not matter if someone upload the images by a phone or computer ..

    Is this a known problem?

    Please help me quickly!
